Latisha has more than two decades of progressive experience in accounting and business management. Armed with a master's in business administration from Texas Woman's University, Latisha has successfully implemented effective business practices in both profit and nonprofit sectors. She firmly advocates for the necessity of a streamlined back-office support system in every thriving organization.

Throughout her extensive career, Latisha has dedicated herself to assisting organizations of various sizes and types. She specializes in creating or refining operational processes, aiming to enhance each client's workflow without unnecessary complexity.

Mrs. Ilhan's expertise extends across diverse industries, providing her with a wealth of experience and knowledge in internal accounting processes, budgeting, financial reporting, auditing, and key analytics.

Victor Kendall

Victor Kendall is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships with The Ilhan Group. Victor is highly accomplished fundraising professional, renowned for his unwavering commitment to the nonprofit sector. With more than three decades of experience in the field, Victor has demonstrated a remarkable talent for devising and executing innovative fundraising strategies that have propelled numerous organizations toward their financial goals. 

Executive Administrative Assistant

Erica Sanchez

Erica Sanchez is the Executive Administrative Assistant for The Ilhan Group, where she juggles many administrative tasks for the organization, as well as serve as a support liason for TIG's clients.

Prior to joining The Ilhan Group, Erica was an Administrative Associate at the ACLU of Texas where she wore many hats and assisted with everything from operations support, IT, internships and the onboarding and training of new employees. Prior to the ACLU of Texas she was a Senior Administrative Assistant at the MD Anderson Cancer center for 14 years, where she provided administrative and clinical support to a team of twelve physicians.

Accounting Manager

Alyssa Douglas

Alyssa Douglas serves as the organizations Accounting Assistant and is a valued member of The Ilhan Group. In her role, Alyssa plays a pivotal part in supporting the financial operations team, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the accounting process.

Grant Writer

Jenny Ryder

Jenny Ryder is a social justice focused communications professional with expertise in the creation and development of paid and earned media campaigns as well as extensive experience in organizational communications for nonprofits and foundations. She is currently a Digital Campaign Manager at Vision First, a project of New Venture Fund. She focuses specifically on issues of gender justice, abortion, and reproductive health, and has experience across a range of issues including LGBTQ+ advocacy, youth activism, and philanthropic reforms. She has previously worked as a Strategist with A/B Partners and as a freelance consultant to advocacy organizations and foundations. Jenny has been a grant writer for The Ilhan Group since January 2024.

Interim Administrative Assistant

Monica Sumter

Monica Sumter serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO at The Ilhan Group, LLC. Born and raised in Columbia, SC, she continues to reside there. Prior to joining T.I.G., Monica gained extensive experience working with major companies such as Verizon Wireless, Disney, and Apple.

In 2006, Monica completed her first novel, which she self-published in 2015, followed by its sequel. As an author, she aims to publish two or three more adult novels, at least one young adult novel, and a collection of short stories. Her professional background includes 24 years of call center experience, with a focus on Quality Assurance. Her keen attention to detail, love for data entry, and passion for helping others inspired her to pursue a career in administrative assistance.

Junior Graphic Artist

Abdul Malik

Abdul is a Junior Graphic Artist with The Ilhan Group.  Abdul loves drawing and cooking various types of vegan dishes.  Abdul is also a college student working towards his degree in Graphic Art and Website Design.

Aiman Noor

Aiman Noor is an eclectic graphic designer, illustrator, and visual communication strategist from Pakistan, currently based in the UK. With a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design and a Master’s in Communication Design from Northumbria University, she combines creativity with strategy to deliver impactful design solutions. 

She has experience working with UK based charities, crafting user-focused marketing communication strategies and producing digital and print ready design materials for marketing and  fundraising campaigns.

With extensive experience as a creative designer and freelance illustrator, Aiman has worked with global clients, delivering innovative, impactful design solutions across various industries. Her illustration career is driven by a passion for visual storytelling, with a focus on creating awareness on social issues such as gender equality, women’s empowerment, women reproductive and mental health issues and South Asian identity. She has developed custom illustrations for social impact projects, nonprofits, and startups, using her art to create awareness and inspire change.

Since September 2024, Aiman has been working with the Ilhan Group as a Graphic Artist where she leverages her skills to create compelling visuals and effective communication strategies.
