Our CEO & Founder
Latisha Ilhan, the President and CEO of The Ilhan Group, LLC has more than 20 years of progressive accounting and business management experience. Holding a masters of business administration from Texas Woman's University, Latisha has extensive experience establishing effective business practices in both for profit and nonprofit settings. Latisha strongly believes that every successful organization should have a smooth back office support system.
Throughout the years, Latisha has spent her professional career helping all types and sizes of organizations with creating new or streamlining existing operational processes designed to elevate each unique client's workflow to the next level without over complicating things.
Additionally, Mrs. Ilhan has experience working with organizations spanning across various industries which has afforded her a wealth of experience and knowledge in internal accounting processes, budgeting, financial reporting, auditing, and key analytics.
Along with running the day to day operations of The Ilhan Group, Latisha also manages a communications and operations company she co-founded in 2020 as well as actively serving on several nonprofit boards.
